The following details need to be given when a booking is made

1. Full name off passengers
2. Type of Room required i.e.single, souble, twin or triple
3. Check in & Check out
4. Flight Details

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations of any confirmed booking within 3 working days of arrival date are subject to a one cancellation fee. Any unutilized service in any of the mentioned packages will NOT refundable.

Payment
Payment for booking should be made before the arrival of pax by way of telegraphic transfer to our bank

Rates
All rates quoted net are in RM non commissionable and is subject to change without prior or notice will notify on the changes in rates (if there is any) when the bookings are confirmed

Peak Season Surcharge
The client should pay an additional charge during peak season such as : Chinese Year / New Year / Christmas and Public Holiday. Besides for amoment some hotels have their own peak season calendar surcharge show in the price list.

Check in & Check Out Time
The official check out time in Indonesia is at 12.00 hours and check in time 15.00 hours. The hotel reserves NOT release the room keys before the stipulated times
